When you buy a new machine from us we will do our best to transfer all of your data from your old machine. This service is included in the purchase price.

We also offer a data recovery service which can be used in the case of failing hard drives (internal or external), computers that fail to start up and in cases when data has accidentally been deleted.  We understand that your data is important to you and you can rest assured that we will do all that we practically can to recover it for you. 

In a very small number of cases, you may need to send your hard drive to a specialist lab. In the majority of cases data can be recovered but if the hard drive is badly damaged we unfortunately may not be able to retrieve any information from it. This, however, is rare so we encourage you to bring your hard drives into the shop so that we can assess the damage and give you an idea of what we can achieve.
