Repairs

For all our repair work we operate a simple four stage process...

Stage 1 - Diagnosis

So that we can resolve the problems you are experiencing with your PC, notebook or other device we will perform a thorough diagnosis.  This process typically takes between thirty minutes and a few hours. 

Stage 2 - Initial Feedback

We will then get in touch to discuss our findings and to discuss possible solutions.  We will give you a fixed quote for the repair.  Please note: If you decide to proceed with the repair the diagnostic will be included in your quote. However if you decide not to proceed with the repair a diagnostic fee will be payable..

Stage 3 - Repair

We will then carry out the repair and test the device to ensure that everything is now working correctly.

Stage 4 - Collection

Finally we will contact you to let you know that your computer is ready to be collected. On collection we will summarise the work carried out and answer any remaining questions that you may have.

We carry out a variety of repairs on desktop PCs, laptops, notebooks and other portable devices.

Screen replacements, replacement batteries, power socket repairs, replacement keyboards, new hard drives, replacement AC adapters and insurance estimates. We stock a wide range of AC adapters and new and second-hand parts for most leading makes and models.
